Customer Service & Delivery: I just wanted to follow up on our conversation the other day about the great work you and your staff at Allegra Printing did for our Chapter last week.

So often people are so quick to complain but never compliment.  I believe that when you receive superior work through an attentive staff, it is a reflection of the organization's leader.   Both the leader and the organization deserve to be recognized by a body of their piers.  Again Oanh, thank you for the terrific and timely printing job you did for us despite our obstacles.
